Salary Ranges
- Corporate Partnerships Manager: $65,136 – $80,000
- Corporate Partnerships Associate: $58,157 – $72,000

What You'll Do
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate partners through strategic account management.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies that increase revenue through workplace campaigns, sponsorships, grants, cause marketing, employee giving, and volunteer engagement.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward new and existing corporate partners.
- Build year-round engagement and stewardship plans that strengthen partner relationships and increase retention.
- Research and prospect new corporate partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate across Community Impact, Marketing & Communications, Volunteer Engagement, and Finance to deliver meaningful partner experiences.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and support strategic planning.
- Represent United Way NCA at meetings, events, and community engagements.
We're Looking For Candidates Who Have
- Experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, sales, business development, account management, or relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A passion for community impact and advancing equitable opportunities throughout the National Capital Region.
