The Choice is managing an immediate contract role for a prominent conservation/environmental advocacy nonprofit. This a contract role through their current fiscal year (September 30th) while it is being evaluated for potential FTE status. For now, it will just be a contract position with full-time hours.
This Corporate Partnerships Manager focuses heavily on account services and overall project management for brand licensing for their partnership accounts. This position works with and reports to the Senior Director, Operations & Licensing, and Corporate Partnerships, and supports the head of F Brand Management in the execution of the organization’s overall licensing program.
The ideal candidate will be/will have:
4+ years of experience in client services, account management, project management, or related areas
Experience with brand licensing and partnerships, IP rights and usage a plus
Previous nonprofit experience would be a very large plus
DMV area- based and fully able to work a hybrid in office schedule (8-10 days a month in downtown DC, near K Street)
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Manage, review, and track design, product, packaging, etc. approvals for individual portfolio of licensing partners
Provide analysis and track growth of individual licensing portfolio revenue, including negotiating and managing licensee renewals
Support and collaborate with the internal team in providing strategic recommendations for individual portfolio growth and overall licensing program execution
Coordinate licensee onboarding calls and provide related onboarding materials
Maintain proper storage of licensee samples
Assist with review of prospective partner deal memos and contracting process
Other administrative activities and operations: preparing regular status update reports, creating/updating program summaries (e.g. contract terms, SKU lists, etc.), tracking overall program submissions and approval status, updating and maintaining online licensing portal, invoicing partners, and additional tasks as assigned
