Dream Opportunity is hiring a full-time Corporate Client Associate to help secure partnerships that connect under-resourced students to career-defining opportunities with companies like JPMorgan Chase, EY, AT&T, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

- Reports To: Corporate Client Manager
- Base Salary: $40,000 + 5% commission on new partnerships
- Target Earnings: $90,000+ annually at $1M partnership goal (uncapped earning potential)
- Deal Range: Partnerships typically range from $40,000 to $1,000,000+ across Fortune 500 CSR initiatives, foundations, and government programs
- Markets: USA, UK, Canada, India, Philippines, Mexico, UAE, and Singapore
What You’ll Do:
Partnership Development
- Identify and secure new partnerships across Fortune 500 CSR teams, foundations, and government programs
- Research companies, CSR priorities, and key decision-makers
- Manage partnership pipelines in Monday.com
- Lead personalized outreach campaigns from first contact to signed agreement
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Draft professional client emails, proposals, and partnership materials
- Deliver quarterly impact reports and partner newsletters
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with partners
- Support personalized engagement and retention efforts
Events & Execution
- Coordinate corporate office events, workshops, and trade show experiences across multiple cities and countries
- Manage logistics, timelines, and event operations
- Create briefing documents, run-of-show materials, and post-event recaps
Operations & Revenue Tracking
- Maintain accurate task tracking and pipeline management
- Monitor partnership progress and revenue goals
- Track invoicing, accounts receivable, and outstanding payments
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, communications, sales, or client-facing roles
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who can operate independently
- Calm under pressure in fast-moving environments
- Passion for education, access, and social impact
Preferred Experience
- Nonprofit, CSR, or social impact work
- Monday.com, Google Workspace, Canva, and Slack
- Business, Communications, or Public Policy background
