Position: Coordinator for Youth and After School Programs
Take on the role of Youth Engagement & After School Program Coordinator at Holy Blossom Temple, focusing on creating meaningful youth experiences for Grades 2–12 and leading after-school activities.
This full-time position requires you to design engaging programs while supervising a structured After School Program for JK–Grade 4. You’ll connect with children, mentor teen volunteers, and contribute to community events. Your ability to foster relationships will be crucial in building a vibrant, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging programming for youth
• Supervise the safety and operations of the After School Program
• Mentor teen leaders in program planning and community-building
• Manage logistics and outreach for youth initiatives
• Collaborate with community partners on programming
Requirements:
• Experience in designing and leading youth programming
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Committed to fostering community and youth engagement
• Familiarity with Reform Judaism is an asset
• Valid Ontario Driver’s license is preferred
