Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Homes Coordinator to oversee operations 6 Residential group homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the unique needs of residents with developmental disabilities. This role requires a commitment to uphold resident rights while managing operational efficiencies.

Duties

Ensure proper implementation of all Program client habilitation programs and objectives.

Ensure proper staff training and implementation of all Residential Programs client Behavior Management Programs.

Ensure maintenance of Residential Programs client files and medical files.

Ensure necessary and suggested medical, dental and psychological/psychiatric attention and follow up assigned Residential Program clients are completed.

Audit and obtain necessary corrections for monthly client Progress Reports.

Track progression status of client objectives and maintain compliance with phase change criteria.

Submit in a timely fashion all required client documentation to the Residential Program Director.

Ensure completion of PCSP assignments by the due date.

Report Residential Program employee disciplinary causes to Residential Program Director and HR promptly.

Provide at least two hours per week of on-site monitoring and observation of each assigned Residential Program site.

Ensure agency and State required training is administered to Residential Program staff as regulated.

Ensure an open, respectful, and professional communication system with all subordinate employees as well as coworkers.

Requirements

Level 1 fingerprint clearance card

Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D

Preferred: Associate degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience (essential).

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, consumer medical and programmatic concerns, and ability to solve problems and execute policies and procedures.

Understanding, knowledge, and ability to work with developmentally disabled individuals.

Ability to work efficiently and professionally with minimum direction from Residential Program Director.

Ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with public and staff both verbally and in writing.

Above average oral and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop program supervisors.

Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

High level of confidentiality.

Excellent organizational skills.

Experience with an EHR

Knowledge in state and DDD regulations
