Description
RISE Services, a nonprofit human services organization, is seeking a full-time Coordinator to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs in our Residential Home. The role involves directing and managing programs within the designated district/region, aligning with the RISE mission, vision, and values, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. The Coordinator will model, teach, and provide 1:1 direct behavioral intervention and skills acquisition to the individuals supported.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Oversee daily operations and ensure quality assurance of the program.
Collaborate with team members to strategize, create, and implement plans addressing individual needs.
Supervise, schedule, train, and work alongside Direct Support Professionals in direct care hours.
Prepare and monitor budgets, and coordinate with various state agencies.
Schedule and oversee completion of activities and skill development goals. Assist with social and community activities.
This position includes being on-call.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
Possess a person-centered philosophy, dedication to quality supports, self-motivated, honest, dependable, and flexible.
Strong communication and organizational skills required. Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs and related field experience preferred.
Valid  ability to pass a background screening required.
