The Joint Program Coordinator is primarily an administrative position. The coordinator independently serves as a resource for coordinating the logistical and educational needs, ensuring seamless navigation throughout the Joint Replacement Program with a primary focus on program efficiency. This position supports the director in all assigned duties, including but not limited to program development, building patient and provider relations, data collection, and marketing, while exercising independent decision-making.
