Job Title: Cook Supervisor
Status: Full Time
Schedule: Evenings, NO late nights, Flexible hours available between 10am – 8pm
Salary Range: Experienced based pay starting at $18.25/hr PLUS Shift Differentials that include $1 for Evenings and an additional $1 for Weekends!

What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?
As a Cook Supervisor, supporting the Garden Spot Communities’ mission will include the following responsibilities:
Provides nutritional meals, served properly, and at the proper temperatures with proper sanitary techniques to the satisfaction of the residents.
Supervises employees in the absence of management.
Serves as lead cook by guiding, assisting, training, and assigning tasks.
What do I need for this role with Garden Spot?
Knowledge of cooking procedures and large quantity recipes.
Able to prepare and serve food according to menus and recipes.
Graduate of food-related course (ex: ServSafe). preferred, not required.
An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents.
