Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of accounting including monthly close, board reporting, accruals, accounts payable, billing, and endowment fund reporting.
Oversee all aspects of Operations including building access, IT, Human Resources, and Payroll.
Play a strategic role as a key member of the leadership team, helping push this organization to the next phase in their development.
Walk into a function that is in excellent shape, allowing you to focus on value-add activities; this is not a cleanup situation at all.
