We’re growing and need a Controller to lead our financial operations. Manage a $20M budget (including federal grants and other revenue sources), oversee audits, compliance, and financial reporting
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead full-cycle accounting & financial reporting (GAAP)
Oversee grant compliance & Single Audit requirements
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis
Develop and mentor a small finance team
Improve financial processes & strategic planning
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
At least 7+ years nonprofit financial management (3+ years leading teams, managing staff)
Strong knowledge of GAAP, federal grants, & audits
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required)
Proficiency in Excel & accounting software (MIP or similar)
Passion for mission-driven work
