Position Overview

TRAIL is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to lead our school’s visibility, growth, and enrollment initiatives. This multi-faceted role blends relationship-building, strategic communication, and creative content development to position TRAIL as a top-tier educational choice in the Panama Pacifico community and beyond.

The ideal candidate is a people person with strong writing and communication skills, who is detail-oriented and able to manage both high-level strategy and hands-on execution across digital platforms, events, and enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

Admissions

Manage and streamline the admissions pipeline, from inquiries to enrollment.

Host tours, coordinate application logistics, and maintain strong relationships with prospective families.

Respond to email, phone, and in-person inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Maintain accurate admissions records and generate regular reports on application trends.

Coordinate new student onboarding in collaboration with the academic and administrative teams.

Content Creation & Communications

Design and execute a content strategy that aligns with TRAIL’s mission and growth goals.

Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, newsletters, websites, and digital campaigns.

Maintain the school website and keep admissions and community-facing content up to date.

Create content to capture and share the TRAIL experience.

Document and publish school stories that reflect the values and voice of the TRAIL community.

Public Relations & Community Engagement

Represent TRAIL at local and international fairs, expos, and community events.

Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations to support brand visibility.

Coordinate PR efforts and media opportunities.

Ensure all public-facing messaging reflects TRAIL’s values of curiosity, inclusion, and excellence.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Education, or related field.

3+ years of experience in admissions, communications, content creation, or school operations.

Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe CreativeCloud, Canva, content scheduling tools, and email platforms.

Experience with website content management and CRM systems preferred.

Creative, self-motivated, and committed to authentic storytelling and community engagement.
