We pride ourselves on being “mission-agnostic”, meaning our clients serve diverse backgrounds with focus areas ranging from mental and behavioral health to community development and racial justice.

We are a small but mighty team with diverse educational and experiential backgrounds. Our services empower nonprofits to meet the highest needs of the community while always keeping our clients’ mission and values at heart.

WHAT WE NEED:

RevComm Consulting is seeking a part-time Consulting Project Coordinator who is well-versed in the nonprofit sector and passionate about driving change in the community. In this role, the team member will support day-to-day administration efforts, backend client management, contract progress and deadlines, and grant administrative support. The Consulting Project Coordinator will be joining the RevComm team during an exciting growth phase and will play a crucial role in the continued expansion of nonprofit partners as well as future team members.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate team member meetings and scheduling with clients; manage requests made to clients and follow-up for action items.
Manage RevComm Consulting’s client management system (HoneyBook) to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Provide support on open client projects utilizing RevComm Consulting’s project management platform, ClickUp. Update project stages and ensure deadlines are met.
Attend networking events and training seminars when appropriate to expand your skillset and advance business goals.
Support business development efforts by researching potential RFP’s and project opportunities to ensure consistent growth.
Support Grant Writing efforts by managing deadlines using client Grant Trackers/ClickUp; assist with prospecting, downloading and prepping online applications, and supporting other grants needs as necessary.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Education: We at RevComm Consulting recognize that higher education is a privilege, and for that reason we exclude this as a requirement. Went to college? Great! Didn’t go to college? That’s fine too! If you’re drawn to the role, passionate about making the world a better place, and feel like your experience can bring a lot to the table, we encourage you to apply.

Experience: This role is perfect for a variety of candidates – entry level, recent grads, active volunteers, consultants, retirees.

One year of experience in the nonprofit sector is required – this can be employment, an internship, board participation, or volunteerism. Ideally, you’re well-versed in the field and have worked with nonprofits in some capacity.
One year of experience in office administration/project management is required – any industry/sector.
One year of Grant Writing knowledge is required – no, you don’t have to be a formal grant writer, but we are looking for someone who is familiar with grant writing in general, how nonprofits are funded by grantors, etc.
Experience working remotely is preferred, but not required. If you’re local to Riverside, CA we’d love to occasionally work together in person, but this role can be 100% remote.

Core Competencies:

Strong project and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills: we grow by learning from each other and this team thrives off of providing feedback and asking questions.
Highly organized with the ability to forecast ahead and meet deadlines.
Proficient in technology: because we often work remotely, team members must be comfortable using/learning computer applications.

Compensation: Rate is $22-$26/hour depending on experience. This role will begin at 10-15 hours per week with room to grow if interested.
