Scope of Work
The consultant will provide design support for Blue Star Families’ chapter collateral needs, ensuring all materials align with BSF branding and design guidelines. Responsibilities include:
Creating and updating chapter materials such as overviews, one-pagers, impact documents, program cards, calendars, and templates. Identified collateral include:
Program Card (one version for all chapters)
Chapter Overview (one version for all chapters)
Chapter One-Sheets for High-Visibility Events (e.g., a customized Utah version to highlight each chapter’s unique story)
Chapter One-Sheets for Members & Community Stakeholders (one per chapter, including program details, impact data, advisory board information, etc.)
Fundraising Collateral (TBD)
Additional Templates as Needed
The consultant will ensure that all materials maintain consistency with Blue Star Families’ brand identity. All designs should be editable in Canva, allowing chapters to update and modify materials.
Terms
The consultant will be paid a negotiated hourly rate, with a maximum of 20 hours per week, unless prior approval is obtained.
At the end of each month, an invoice and a detailed activity report must be submitted to the assigned supervisor. If services have been completed satisfactorily, payment will be processed within 30 days of submission.
