We at Foundation Solutions are looking for an individual to join our installation team. We are a foundation repair company who specializes in underpinning and lifting homes with settlement issues in Bay Area. We are an equal opportunity employer. You would be trained with our experienced leads to make sure you are ready to start your career with us. Housing can be provided for (4) 10-hour days Monday – Thursday schedule. Base office is in Santa Clara, but we work on sites all around Bay Area.

Your Qualifications Required
- Previous experience as crew lead/foreman required for this position.
- Daily upkeep of all job logs
- Ability to work in tight spaces i.e., crawl spaces.
- Experience in residential irrigation is mandatory.
- Ability to read plans.
- Concrete experience is mandatory, i.e., forming and rebar.
- Excellent communication skills.
Your Qualifications Desired
- Previous experience in underpinning is a plus.
- Assure all safety policies are being followed.
Your Qualities Desired
- Clean driving record and current driver license not required but helpful.
- Experience in construction or an installation trade.
(but we would be willing to train you)

- Ability to work overtime.
