Help Wanted – Concrete Laborer
Salazar Construction & Foundation LLC is looking for a hardworking, dependable Concrete Laborer to join our team. We specialize in residential and light commercial concrete foundations throughout North Idaho and the Spokane area, we take pride in producing quality work with a crew that looks out for one another.
What You’ll Do
- Form, pour, and strip concrete footings and foundation walls
- Carry, cut, and tie rebar
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load, unload, and organize materials
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work outdoors in all seasons
What We’re Looking For
- Some construction or concrete experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Able to work well with a small crew

Pay
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Serving North Idaho, including Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Sandpoint and the Spokane area.
