Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and possessing the ability to read blueprints and specifications is preferred but not required. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes on various concrete projects. The Concrete Finisher will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and setting forms.

Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
Install reinforcements such as rebar or wire mesh as needed for structural integrity.

Perform repairs and restoration of existing concrete structures as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.

Ability to perform physical tasks associated with construction work, including lifting heavy materials and digging holes

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
