About the Organization:
Haqooq-e-Insaniyat Social Welfare Organization (HISWO) is a nonprofit and non-governmental humanitarian organization, registered with the Government of Sindh since 2011. Certified by PCP, FBR, and Alhamd Shariah, HISWO has been actively serving underprivileged communities across Sindh in the areas of education, livelihood, health, women empowerment, disaster response, and digital skills development.
As part of its Digital Empowerment Initiative, HISWO is launching a 6-Month Computer Training Program focused on Graphic Designing, Freelancing, and Microsoft Office, to create pathways for youth toward self-reliance and employment.Â
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Computer Trainers who possesses strong command over Graphic Designing tools, Freelancing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, hands-on training to students from underserved communities, enabling them to build practical skills that can lead to freelance or office based employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a structured curriculum for:
Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Graphic Multimedia (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premier and After Effects)
Freelancing Skills (Fiverr, Upwork, Linkedin, Portfolio Building)Â
Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions using interactive teaching methods.
Guide students in developing freelance profiles and portfolios suitable for global platforms.
Plan and assess regular assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects.
Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
Maintain student attendance and progress records.
Coordinate with HISWO’s program management team for reporting and feedback.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum Intermediate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Graphic Design or related field.
Experience:
At least 1 years of practical experience.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and freelancing platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in teaching/training will be an added advantage
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical topics in an easy and understandable manner.
Strong classroom management and leadership abilities.
Passion for youth development and digital inclusion.Â
