Overview

The Compensation Associate provides analysis, job description, and benchmarking support on requests of minimal complexity. This role assists with survey submission processes and project administration.

Responsibilities

Provides compensation operations support including analysis, job description management, and benchmarking

Assists with job code tables and compensation system administration

Assists with survey submission processes. May be independently responsible for submissions of low to moderate complexity

Provides administration support for compensation projects

Performs other duties as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

1 year of Human Resources experience required; compensation analysis experience a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
