Outreach Specialist
Duties:
– Conduct outreach activities to recruit individuals for programs or services
– Educate the community about the organization’s mission, goals, and programs
– Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
– Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation
– Collaborate with team members to develop and implement outreach strategies
– Participate in fundraising efforts to support the organization’s initiatives
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Experience in recruiting or outreach preferred
– Knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques is a plus
