Seeking a Crowdfunding & Community Growth Strategist for a Game-Changing Rock Musical & Ethical Streaming Platform
Are you a crowdfunding expert and social media strategist passionate about social impact, ethical media, and conscious community-building?
We’re looking for a results-driven specialist with a proven track record in Indiegogo/Kickstarter campaigns and community-driven digital growth to lead two key initiatives:
1️⃣ Crowdfunding Success: Drive our CAD 250K Indiegogo campaign for Dreamer, a rock musical drama series & ethical streaming/social platform empowering artists and changemakers.
2️⃣ Community Growth: Build and engage a thriving LOHAS/Cultural Creative community on Mighty Networks, attracting conscious consumers, impact-driven creators, and mission-aligned partners.
This is more than a job—it’s a long-term leadership opportunity. Instead of a standard contract, we’re offering a percentage of crowdfunding funds raised, equity in our company, and a future salaried position as Head of Growth & Community.
About the Project
Dreamer is a rock musical drama series based on my real-life journey—overcoming HIV, near-death from AIDS, and breaking the stigma. It’s a story of resilience, music, and transformation.
The Southern Time Platform will be an ethical streaming & social platform where independent artists, ethical brands, and changemakers can connect, collaborate, and support each other—something mainstream platforms fail to do.
This campaign will fund:
✅ The recording of the Dreamer overture album by The Southern Time Band.
✅ The Beta launch of our ethical streaming & social platform.
✅ Legal work to establish our nonprofit arm, which will not only support underprivileged communities through media and music on our platform but also work directly with AIDS Support Organizations to help end AIDS in communities where HIV/AIDS rates remain inordinately high.
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Crowdfunding Campaign Expert – You’ve raised 6-7 figures on Indiegogo/Kickstarter.
✔ Community Growth Strategist – You know how to build & engage thriving digital communities (Mighty Networks, Facebook Groups, Discord, etc.).
✔ Growth Marketing & Social Media Pro – You understand organic & paid strategies to attract, engage, and convert backers & community members.
✔ Impact-Driven & LOHAS-Aligned – You connect with conscious consumers, social entrepreneurs, and ethical brands.
✔ Self-Starter & Passionate About Media for Change – You thrive in purpose-driven, disruptive projects.
Compensation & Incentives
Revenue Share: Earn a percentage of crowdfunding funds raised (negotiable, based on experience).
Equity Opportunity: Receive a stake in Southern Time Productions for long-term growth potential.
Future Leadership Role: If the campaign succeeds, a salaried Head of Growth & Community position is available.
