Our client is a service organization. They seek a temp to perm Community Liaison to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

Represent the organization and conduct outreach at community events and venues.

Build partnerships between the organization and the community, schools, coalitions, etc.

Create resources that help increase access to and awareness of the organization.

Support our ability to connect caregivers and families to local resources, services, and other supports.

Regularly conduct outreach in the community, including making calls and participating in events.

Increase awareness of the program among the general public and local community.

Welcome and greet visitors, including new and current participants, partners, and other stakeholders.

Model professionalism and ensure an inclusive, safe environment for family enrichment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years of relevant professional experience.

Experience working in community programming.

Background serving disadvantaged populations.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional demeanor and sound judgment.

Skilled in MS Office, Salesforce, and Canva.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
