Position: Community Liaison – Immediate Hire

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and community partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with local nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders.
Plan, coordinate, and executecommunity eventsand outreach initiatives.
Advocate for the organization’s mission, goals, and values within the community.
Identify and assess community needs to inform program development and improvement.
Communicate effectively withdiverseaudiences to build trust, engagement, and support.
Collect feedback from community members to help refine and improve outreach efforts.
Track and report on outreach activities and measure their impact on the community.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skillswith the ability to build and nurture relationships withdiverse communitystakeholders.
Experience in community outreach, public relations, or event coordination is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter with acollaborativemindset and the ability to work well in a team.
Comfortable speaking in public and engaging with a wide range of community members.
Willingness to workflexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
