Position: Community IPS Employment Specialist—Help Return to Work
Rethink Mental Illness is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to join the Coventry & Warwickshire IPS Employment service. The role is permanent and field-based, working 37.5 hours per week to support people with severe mental illness to find employment, in community settings across South Warwickshire, Coventry and Warwickshire.
You will partner with NHS staff, attend employer meetings, and provide one-to-one client support, including guidance on job search, vocational profiling and action
