Job Overview
As a Community Health Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with the community to promote health initiatives and programs. You will work closely with local organizations and stakeholders to facilitate outreach efforts and ensure effective communication of health resources.
Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach activities to promote health programs.
Collaborate with local organizations to enhance community engagement.
Provide information and resources to community members regarding health services.
Assist in the development and implementation of health education materials.
Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Experience in community outreach or public health is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within Yuma and surrounding areas.
