Lead and enhance CNIB’s community giving and events initiatives in Ontario. This role focuses on third-party fundraising management and donor engagement activities throughout Canada.
As the Community Giving Manager at CNIB, you will spearhead fundraising events and community initiatives, ensuring impactful engagement and support. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will create top-notch donor materials and tools, while enhancing fundraising experiences. This position is vital for growing revenues and nurturing donor relations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead third-party fundraising events and community initiatives in Ontario
• Develop accessible campaign materials and fundraising tools
• Collaborate with teams to align community initiatives with best practices
• Create high-quality donor materials for Major Giving Philanthropy
• Support logistics and overall execution of fundraising events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
• 3–5 years of management experience in fundraising
• Strong design skills, especially in Canva and Power Point
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven organizational and project management abilities
