Compensation
$22.00/hour
$20 daily gas allowance
Requirements
Work 30+ hours/week, including early voting periods and potential 7-day weeks.
Strong listening and engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams, especially evenings.
Must have a cell phone, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
Proficiency with mapping apps; bilingual skills are a plus.
Compliance with COVID safety measures, including vaccination or testing.
Responsibilities
Door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas.
Educate voters about voting and candidates.
Distribute educational materials.
Attend training and meetings.
Document activities using software.
Report challenges and solutions.
Interview Process
Includes online application, HR video screen, team video call, and final interview.
