Role Overview:
We are looking for a Partnership & Community Associate to drive strategic
collaborations, build strong relationships with colleges, incubation centers, and startups,
and organize impactful events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
startup environment and enjoys networking, event management, and community
engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships & Collaborations:
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and incubation
centers to onboard student startups and entrepreneurial communities.
Develop strategic alliances with early-stage startups, accelerators, and VC
networks to expand Register Karo’s ecosystem.
Identify and engage corporate partners and sponsors for events and
community initiatives.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Lead outreach initiatives to engage startup founders, investors, and
ecosystem enablers.
Foster an active community through online and offline networking sessions,
workshops, and mentorship programs.
Create and manage startup cohorts, incubation programs, and
knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Event Management:
Plan and execute startup-focused events, networking meetups, and panel
discussions.
Coordinate with speakers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event
execution.
Manage event promotions, registrations, and post-event follow-ups to maximize
engagement.
Marketing & Outreach:
Work closely with the marketing team to create content, newsletters, and
social media campaigns for partnerships and events.
Represent Register Karo at startup events, summits, and industry forums.
What We’re Looking For:
0-1 year of experience in partnerships, community management, or event
planning (preferably in a startup ecosystem).
Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building.
Prior experience working with colleges, incubators, or startup networks is a plus.
