Job Description:
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering our company’s message to various stakeholders, both internal and external. Your primary responsibilities will include creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and coordinating public relations efforts to enhance our brand visibility
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively convey the organization’s message.
Create high-quality content for various platforms including press releases, newsletters, and social media.
Manage and maintain the organization’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
Coordinate public relations efforts and media outreach to promote organizational initiatives and events.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication metrics and impact.
Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant information and promote internal initiatives.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in communication roles, preferably in a nonprofit or similar environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS).
