Communications Coordinator
The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is seeking a communications coordinator to join our Publications Department. This position manages processes for the Publications Index and Archive, including issue creation, quality control and maintenance in ASRT’s customer relationship management system. This position also works on author recruitment initiatives and provides general support to the Communications team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Publications Index and Archive, including running reports and troubleshooting.
Lead author recruitment initiatives, including updating/creating materials, setting up volunteers and corresponding with authors.
Provide general support, including managing the publications and social media email boxes, formatting transcripts, building social media documents and building production schedules.
Successful Candidates Meet the Following Criteria:
Associate Degree up to bachelor’s degree in English, writing, journalism, communications or related field.
Computer and software literacy.
Efficient time management and ability to stay on task.
Project management practices.
