Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from boards, staff, and co-op members
• Chair and participate in board and committee meetings

• Regularly meet with funding and regulatory entities
Requirements:
• Background in governance support or community development
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience recommended
• Strong proficiency in Office 365 applications
• Effective communication skills required
• Preference for candidates experienced in non-profit housing settings
