Fair Oaks Health Care Center, located in Crystal Lake, IL is looking for a full-time Illinois Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. Day shift is from 7am to 3pm. We operate on a rolling two weeks block schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be passionate about caring for our residents.
Job Summary:
Our CNAs are required to assist residents with ADLs, and provide safe required care with dignity. Document results of care within facility policies, procedures and scope of practice. Be able to demonstrate good time management and task prioritization. Work closely with multi-disciplinary staff in providing person-centered-care for all residents.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have current/valid Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Human Resource Manager will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
Complete 1-2 interview(s) with Department Head and Human Resources
Upon receiving the job offer, complete new-hire tasks and onboarding paperwork (via the Paycor app)
Human Resource will set date/time to complete paperwork, provide tour of building while introducing you to our staff, provide name badge and time clock access
Department head and/or Scheduler will meet with you to provide you with schedule
Paid departmental (job specific) training – five day minimum
Paid building orientation
Receive continuous training as you provide exceptional care to our residents
