Full Job Description
Shields Foundation is seeking positive, reliable, and flexible individuals to serve as one on one support staff for adults with developmental disabilities. Working with clients as a personal support for LDS-1 care.
Compensation: $16-$25/hr
Expectations:
Ability to pass background check.
Provide supervision for clients while out in the community and completing activities.
Model appropriate behavior and assist with task completion as necessary.
Willingness to complete required trainings.
First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
QMAP Certification is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
