In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for ourFundraisingandMarketing & Communicationsteams, assisting with processing donations, managing our database, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our initiatives run smoothly.
Key
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for allexternal and internal fundraising inquiries.
Provideoutstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment andappreciationof new and departing donors.
Collaborate withmanagementand thecommunications teamto prepare and distributeaccurate, engaging donor communications.
Support a variety offundraisingandpromotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance.
Oversee the maintenance of thedonor database, including training and supporting others to ensure accurate data entry.
Assist thefundraising teamwithdata input, amendments,report generation, anddata queriesto meet deadlines and priorities.
Stay informed on the latestfundraising initiativesandindustry news.
Takeownershipof your role by incorporating new ideas and initiatives toenhance our fundraising efforts.
Requirements:
Apassion for fundraisingand a commitment to supporting a great cause; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Exceptional attention to detailandaccuracy.
Apositive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
Strongproblem-solving skillsand the ability to takeinitiative.
Excellent written and verbalcommunicationskills.
