CharityEngine seeks a dynamic, detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator (CXC) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain expert-level experience in a fast-growing SaaS company serving the nonprofit sector.
As a CXC, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success with our platform through renewals, upselling, and exceptional client care. Your primary goal will be to foster long-term relationships, understand client needs, and present meaningful software solutions that align with their missions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Retention & Expansion:
Maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure high retention and renewal rates.
Upselling & Expansion:
Identify opportunities for product upgrades or service expansions based on client goals and usage patterns.
Client Advocacy & Support:
Serve as a trusted advisor by listening to client needs, providing thoughtful solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the client lifecycle.
Solution Presentation:
Deliver clear, compelling software demos and presentations tailored to client needs, addressing any concerns or objections.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Stay current on nonprofit industry trends, CRMs, donor management practices, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Travel & Events:
Attend occasional trade shows or client events across the U.S. and participate in quarterly team meetups (typically 3 days per quarter).
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRMs, fundraising software, and marketing automation tools
Passion for learning and professional development
Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable
Experience in the nonprofit sector (preferred)
Previous sales or client-facing experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
