Cleaning Technician Position

We are looking for one cleaning technician to join our team! We are located on 476 Northwest Peacock Boulevard Suite 112. Our ideal candidate loves to clean, is reliable, professional, engaged and has a strong work ethic!
Responsibilities:
Perform residential deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning and maintenance cleaning, as a solo Cleaning Tech or as a team.
Perform house cleaning services and tasks such as: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen, cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.
Learn, train and follow our established cleaning training system and procedures/ guidelines.
Use cleaning equipment and cleaning products safely and effectively.
Take care of work supplies and equipments.
Communicate and complete any job-relate paperwork as required by company processes.
Requirements – Qualifications:
Positive attitude, reliable and professional. *** Must pass a background check.
Good communication skills to interact with client and team members. *** Required: ability to read, speak and write English fluently.
Ability to use a smartphone and the different apps (smartphone required).
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Be in good physical condition: lift 25 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties 7-8 hours/day. No allergies to pets (mainly dogs and cats).
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Reliable and insured vehicle to go the clients’ house.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
