Children Ministry Pastor Jobs in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada at The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada
• Oversee all children programs, participants, and volunteers leading children in spiritual growth.
• Plan and oversee Sunday kids church, nursery, midweek night, summer programming, and special events.
• Organize programs during special events (Easter, Christmas, and other special services or functions).
• Create and develop opportunities for families to be equipped as they disciple their children.
• Train and support volunteer leaders as they disciple children.
• Provide pastoral care and support to children, parents, and family units in collaboration with the Lead & Associate Pastors.
• Provide support to new and pregnant moms.
Required Skills
• Ability and desire to disciple children.
• Ability to cast vision and to pursue the actualization of that vision.
• Ability to implement creative approaches to Children’s Ministry.
• Ability to learn and use Planning Center Online software.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required
High School Bible School Education (Asset).
