The Children First Ice Cream Social is annual event in St. Louis Park, MN, that brings together the community for an afternoon of fun and free ice cream. Marketing and communications
Soliciting donations and sponsor ships
Reaching out to potential tabling partners
Planning sessions will take place virtually in May (1), June (2), July (2) and August (1) with the ice cream social taking place on Sunday, August 10, 2025. Planning committee members and event volunteers will also help at the event with:
Set up (includes helping our community partners unload their vehicles)
Check-in of tabling partners and entertainment
Ice cream scooping
Clean up and takedown (includes helping our community partner load their vehicles)
Other duties as needed
