Pay Range:

Level I: $40,750–$43,300

Level II: $44,300–$47,100

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Model: Initially onsite; transitions to hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) upon successful completion of training and demonstrated proficiency in caseload management

The Role

We are seeking a driven and compassionate Child Care Subsidy Navigator to guide families through the eligibility process for child care assistance programs. This role is essential to ensuring families receive and maintain access to critical child care resources. Level placement is based on education and experience.

Duties

What You’ll Do

Determine initial and ongoing eligibility for child care subsidy and financial assistance programs

Manage a caseload of families, including certifications, recertifications, changes, and case closures

Review income documentation, paystubs, and eligibility materials for accuracy and compliance

Issue vouchers and ensure services are certified within required timelines

Support families in selecting eligible child care options

Provide referrals to community resources and support services

Collaborate with families, providers, and internal teams

Maintain accurate and timely case documentation

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Level I: Associate’s degree

Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field

Strong analytical and documentation review skills

Ability to manage deadlines and caseloads in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and commitment to compliance

Bilingual skills are a plus
