Job Summary
This is a new position to The Road Home. The role will report to the Executive Director and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and management team to expand our capacity to develop strong and successful programming, responsive to the needs of people who are experiencing homelessness and our community’s priorities.
The Chief Strategy andInnovationOfficer (CSIO) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive success and improved outcomes that align with our mission and goals. This role will oversee the organization’s outcome measurement, program and agency evaluations, and learning functions with an initial emphasis on family programming. The CSIO will be responsible for further developing and implementing our strategy shift in family homelessness programming, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving positive outcomes for families experiencing homelessness.
This role will also oversee components of the organization’s overall impact measurement, evaluation, and learning functions. It will work with all departments to use data and evaluation to identify gaps and produce action plans to fill gaps that are prioritized for our agency and ensure program stability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for social justice and aproven track recordof driving organizational impact.
