Our team is leading a strategic, donor-led initiative with a prominent behavioral health nonprofit. We are working on a technology platform to help families, children, and concerned significant others of those with the disease of addiction – across the entire continuum of care.
This is a fractional (8-12 hours per week), virtual role.
The right person has:
→ Chief of Staff or similar experience supporting a division president, CEO, or institutional leader
→ Real project management instincts — track dozens of deliverables across workstreams without losing the thread
→ Comfort operating in the space between strategy and execution — you understand why something matters and you also make sure it ships
→ Experience in healthcare, specifically mental health care or substance use disorder treatment
→ EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF ADVANCED AI REQUIRED, specifically Claude. This is well beyond AI chat – we are AI first across the board.
This is a hands-on role. You will use AI-engineered systems to manage timelines, coordinate across stakeholders, and help shape the project architecture for a multi-phase strategic initiative. You'll work directly with me, other senior advisers, and senior institutional leaders.
You will leverage Custom AI skills purpose-built for this project.
The work is intellectually rigorous, the stakes are real, and the right person will find it genuinely meaningful.
