Are you a visionary finance leader with a passion for social justice and a commitment to serving underserved communities? Join our nonprofit organization as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and drive our financial strategy and operations with your expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial operations, including planning, budgeting, and treasury functions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Advise the CEO and Board on financial strategies and risks.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports.
Manage cash flow, investments, and asset management.
Develop and implement annual budgets.
Oversee risk management and insurance coverage.
Foster a collaborative and ethical culture within the finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in senior financial management, preferably in a nonprofit.
Extensive knowledge of non-profit accounting and financial management principles.
Proven leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
Master’s Degree or CPA preferred.
