Reporting to the President, the CFO will be responsible for providing leadership and to work effectively and collaboratively across all levels – from their direct team, through senior management, the Board as well as donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

A proven communicator and strategic thinker, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) inspires confidence, motivate teams, and executes approved strategies with clarity and purpose.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership, ideally within a nonprofit or educational institution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical acumen.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex initiatives from concept through completion, delivering measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture through leadership enthusiasm and strong interpersonal engagement.

Compensation will offer a competitive Base Salary + 403B Pension + usual fringe Health and Life insurance Benefits
