Organizational Overview:

The Democratic Municipal Campaign Committee (DMCC) serves as a federally registered Super PAC in its formative stages.

Looking to provide dedicated support to #Local Dems in their various races for offices ranging from mayor and city council to district attorney and school board, the Committee is on the front lines of an often overlooked aspect of the political field, where a majority of day-to-day governance affecting American lives is conducted.

in its approach, providing platformed technology that allows contributors to hyper-filter and target the races, candidates, regions, and communities they wish to support, the Committee is proud to be involved in this crucial work.

Role Overview:

The Committee seeks to onboard a tenacious, visionary, adaptable, and

innovative

leader with a

proven track record

of success in building the longevity and stability of an organization, as its Chief Executive Officer. Unique in its application of this role, the Committee’s CEO shall function as the principal executive assigned to the organization’s for-profit arm and shall oversee and manage a segregated staff and funding mechanism, separate from that of the Committee’s treasury and the staff which are assigned to its form as a registered PAC and Sec.

1027 entity.

Given the above, the primary focus and remit of this role, and that of its agents and operations, shall be to promulgate revenue for the purposes of expenditure in connection with administrative costs and wider organizational needs (i.e., office space, insurance fees, staff salaries, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Building, promulgating, facilitating, and maintaining exterior partnerships and opportunities for revenue.

• Managing, administrating, and overseeing siloed staff and fiscal resources assigned to the portfolio.

• Assisting in the creation of portfolio strategy and direction, in coalition with the Committee’s Chair and the Executive Sub-Committee.

• Deploying said strategy and assuring its success and longevity.

• Maximizing

opportunities for growth

in revenue.

• Assisting in building out the organization’s short and long-term action plans for fiscal stability and longevity, in coalition with the Committee Chair and Executive Sub-Committee.

Role Requirements:

The Committee will entertain candidates for this role possessive of the following:

• At least five (5) years of experience in corporate

leadership

, at the level of Senior Vice President, its institutional equivalent, or above. Specific preference will be given to those with experience gained in operations, revenue growth, and/or finance.

• The ability to coordinate and adeptly manage

diverse

and growing teams, and broad resources, in service to a goal.

• The ability to communicate complex topics clearly, and with subject matter command.

• A sense of

innovation

, passion, and determination for the organization’s mission.

• A demonstrable track record establishing relationships, growing revenue, and managing operations across career history.
