About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and ensure the alignment of all ministry programs and support systems with its vision and mission. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees to develop and oversee a 5-year strategic plan, which will be translated into an actionable operational plan. This role is pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness, leading the implementation and reporting of the plan, and playing a key part in fundraising to support the company’s ministry programs.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for governance and oversight, including financial performance monitoring, and will be expected to demonstrate a mature, Christ-centered life, fostering a spiritually enriching environment for the team. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in strategic leadership, program oversight, and fundraising. The role requires a leader who can provide strategic direction and oversight to staff, ensure the integrity of financial operations, and support the development and implementation of spiritual formation initiatives.
Experience in international and US ministry program management, as well as a strong background in fundraising and donor relations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to the Christian faith, be adept at fostering a high-performing, mission-driven culture, and be able to effectively mentor and lead a diverse team.
