Key Responsibilities
Donor Engagement:
Execute personalized communications and stewardship plans to engage donors effectively.
Event Management:
Support the organization and execution of donor
recognition
events, ensuring exceptional experiences for participants.
Impact Reporting:
Prepare and deliver detailed impact reports, track donor data, and ensure accurate reporting of donor activities.
Strategic Planning
:
Manage budgets and resources for stewardship activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Understanding of philanthropy as it relates to higher
education
.
Knowledge of good donor relationship management.
1-2 years’ experience, preferably in higher
education
or a comparably complex organization. Candidates with no prior experience but with a keen interest in stewardship are welcome to apply.
Outstanding written and verbal
communication skills
.
Excellent ability to innovate and deal with ambiguity and organizational sensitivity with tact and diplomacy; to be opportunistic, responsive, resourceful, and resilient.
Demonstrate an understanding of

work, as well as an understanding and
appreciation
of cultural and intercultural sensitivities.
