Chief Development Officer Jobs in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA at Groundworks New Mexico
Plans, develops, and implements a comprehensive development program. Handles all fundraising initiatives and tasks. Secures financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations. Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with major donors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Communicates with donors via email, phone, social media, and face to face.
Answers donor and staff inquiries in a timely fashion.
Creates solicitation materials.
Recruits, trains, manages, and directs volunteers.
Directly participates in prospect identification, cultivation, and solicitation process.
Other Information/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years’ fund development experience, preferably in a Museum setting.
Exceptional language skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple high priority activities simultaneously.
