Responsibilities include:
· Monitoring and supporting clients in a structured residential setting
· Documenting observations and reporting concerns
· Assisting with daily routines, medication passes, and facility safety
· Maintaining a therapeutic and respectful environment
· Transport
Qualifications:
· Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Must pass drug screening
