Job Role
As a Charity Event Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of our organization at events. Your primary role is to promote the event, engage with customers, and help create a memorable and impactful experience that aligns with our mission. You will play a key part in spreading awareness, encouraging participation, and supporting fundraising efforts.
Our goal for our clients is growth and exposure. Your work will be building relationships with the community to enhance our client’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a friendly and enthusiastic representative of the organization.
Greet customers and provide information about the cause and event.
Assist with event logistics including setup, participation and cleanup.
Support fundraising efforts by collecting donations and explaining their impact.
Help capture photos, testimonials, and content to be used in post-event outreach.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for the organization’s mission and values.
Comfortable speaking to diverse groups and individuals.
Dependable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
Previous experience in events or fundraising is a plus, but not required.
