We are currently seeking aCharity Customer Service Representativetojoin our teamand contribute to fundraising campaigns and the development ofimpactfulsales events. This role also includes training new associates, helping to cultivate a supportive andcollaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout events, engaging with both team members and potential donors to maximize donations.

Clearly communicate our charity partners’ core messages to inspire and increase donor contributions.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines during events.

Attend in-person and virtual meetings to enhance your knowledge of our charity partners and their missions.

Manage the day-to-day operations of events, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

A positive, energetic spirit, with a creative mindset and a strong drive for success.

0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.

Ability to adhere to established processes and guidelines.

Passion for working with people and a commitment to giving back to the community.
