Hours:
Part-time – 20hrs per week
We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a dedicated and organised Part-Time Charity Administrator to support the smooth running of a charity’s day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong administrative skills to contribute to
meaningful work
in the charity sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide core administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Assist with organising social care and volunteer support for families.
Oversee record-keeping, database management (CRM & SharePoint), and maintain accurate systems.
Support the recruitment and coordination of volunteers.
Assist with marketing, PR, and fundraising administration.
Take meeting notes, prepare agendas, and provide general admin support. Finance & Administration:
Prepare timely reports and maintain accurate financial records (using Xero & Excel).
Support income and expenditure tracking alongside key team members.
Ensure data management and deadlines for media/marketing initiatives are met. Partnerships &
Communication
:
Work closely with the internal team and external stakeholders to maintain
effective communication
.
Represent the charity professionally when liaising with funders, supporters, and partner organisations.
Support relationship-building with other charities and agencies to promote joint working. Team & Ethos:

Attend team meetings and actively participate in discussions and planning.
Support key fundraising events and help engage external networks in the charity’s mission.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and undertake relevant training. Ideal Candidate:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experience using CRM databases and Microsoft Office (SharePoint knowledge desirable).
Good
communication skills
and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
